The point of this blog is to track my progress through my Body-Transformation Challenge. As you can read below, right now I'm pretty fat. Not morbidly obese, mind you. But way out of shape. So here we go. I started my challenge on February 28th. Weight: 190 lbs, Body fat: 29%, Lean Body Mass: 135 lbs. Hey Norm, thanks for checking out my B4L blog. It's been an incredible journey so far. Nothing major, just exciting that I'm actually seeing results. We're in our 7th week, and things are going well. I really look forward to our free day all week and then by the end of the free day...I can't wait to eat the "good" healthy food again! It's funny how that works.
